OE Officials Program Reference Form

Ontario Equestrian is committed to ensuring a high standard of officials. To enter the OE Officials Program, you must have a reference submitted on your behalf by an active OE or EC Licensed Official or an EC Licensed Coach.

To submit your reference request, please follow these steps:

1.
Begin Request — Once enrolled in the pathway, click "Fill Form".
2.
Enter Email — Submit the email address of the individual you have chosen to provide your reference.
3.
Automatic Link — Your reference provider will instantly receive an email link to complete the form online.

Reference Details & Approval:

  • What they will outline: How they know you, your level of equestrian experience, and why they believe you are suitable for the OE Officials Program.
  • Review Timeline: Ontario Equestrian will review and approve accepted references within three (3) business days of submission.
