OE Officials Program Application

Ontario Equestrian is committed to ensuring a high standard of officials in Ontario. For this reason, all applicants wishing to enter the OE Officials Program must complete an application form outlining their interest and past equestrian experience.

To complete and submit your application, please follow these steps:

1.
Begin Form — Once enrolled in the pathway, click "Fill Form" to open the application.
2.
Submit — Once ALL questions have been completed, click the "Submit" button at the bottom right of the screen to finalize.

Review & Approval:

Ontario Equestrian will review your submission and notify you whether you have met the requirements to join the OE Officials Program within three (3) business days.
